In short
- For teams using the SynPulse software themselves, by invitation.
- Your plan and price are on your billing page; earlier offers keep their stated terms.
- You are responsible for lawful outreach from the accounts you connect.
- Monthly renewal; cancel any time, effective at the end of the period.
1. Scope
These Platform Terms apply when a business uses the SynPulse platform software itself, in its own workspace (the Platform). Access to the Platform is by invitation. When SynPulse runs outreach for you, the Service Terms apply instead. The Data Processing Addendum and the Acceptable Use Policy form part of these terms.
The Platform is for businesses only. By using it you confirm you act for a business and may bind it.
2. Plan and price
Your plan, its price and what it includes are shown at checkout and on your workspace's billing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Where your plan was sold with a trial, a price commitment or another offer, we honour its stated terms for the period stated.
Additional mailboxes and LinkedIn identities are billed as shown on the billing page. Additions are prorated; reductions take effect at renewal once the extra identities are disconnected.
3. Usage credits
Your plan includes credits each billing cycle. A successfully found email uses five credits. Cached results, misses, failures, duplicates and interrupted requests are free. Included credits reset each cycle and are used first. Purchased credits are non-refundable and remain available while the account exists. Leads and campaigns are unlimited within fair-use, safety and abuse limits.
4. Responsible outreach
You must have a lawful basis to contact the people you approach, identify your business accurately, handle unsubscribes, honour suppression, and comply with the privacy, marketing, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you. Credential sharing, deceptive identity, harassment, scraping abuse, evading safety limits and unlawful outreach are prohibited. For prospect data you process on the Platform, you are the controller and SynPulse is your processor under the DPA.
5. Connected accounts and AI clients
You authorise SynPulse to act through the email, LinkedIn and AI-client connections you set up, for the actions you or your connected AI request, and you remain responsible for those accounts and actions. Connected providers can change, rate-limit, reject or suspend activity; that is outside our control. A draft prepared by an AI client is not sent until it is approved and launched.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, the Platform keeps working for 72 hours; if payment is still not recovered, sending, launches, enrichment and MCP writes pause until it is.
When cancellation takes effect, sending stops and connection and MCP refresh credentials are revoked. Your data stays available for export, or deletion on request, as the DPA describes.
7. Changes and suspension
We may improve, replace or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. We may pause a workspace immediately for abuse, a material security or service risk, unpaid charges or legal necessity, and will tell you why.
8. Ownership
You keep all rights in your data and content. SynPulse keeps all rights in the Platform, its software and its improvements. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Platform, or use it to build a competing product.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Platform is provided without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Each party's total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Platform in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
Material changes to these terms take effect on the date stated in the updated version; continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the SynPulse entity named on your invoice is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to legal@synpulse.app.
