Offer and trial

The Founding User base plan is USD $39 per month plus applicable tax. Its 7-day free trial starts automatically when an account is created and does not require a payment card. Payment details and an active paid subscription are required to continue using paid features after the trial. The base price is protected for 12 months from the first paid invoice.

Usage and credits

The plan includes unlimited leads and campaigns under fair-use, safety, and abuse limits. A successfully found email uses five credits. Cached results, misses, failures, duplicates, and interrupted requests are free. Included credits reset; purchased credits are non-refundable and remain while the account exists.

Responsible outreach

You must have a lawful basis to contact people, accurately identify your business, configure unsubscribe handling, honor suppression, and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer, and anti-spam laws. Credential sharing, deceptive identity, harassment, scraping abuse, safety-limit evasion, and unlawful outreach are prohibited.

Service operation

Connected services can change, rate-limit, reject, or suspend activity. You authorize SynPulse to act through accounts you connect and remain responsible for those accounts.

Payment failure and cancellation

SynPulse continues service for 72 hours after payment failure, then applies a separate billing pause. At effective cancellation, execution pauses and connection/MCP refresh credentials are revoked. Data remains available for export or explicit deletion.

Service changes and suspension

SynPulse may improve, replace, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. SynPulse may pause a workspace immediately for abuse, material security risk, service risk, unpaid charges, or legal necessity.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. SynPulse's aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to a claim. Limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Changes and contact

Material changes take effect on the date stated in an updated version. Continued use after that date means acceptance. Questions may be sent to legal@synpulse.app.
