Acceptable use policy

Use SynPulse only for lawful, relevant business outreach to people you are permitted to contact. You are responsible for your audiences, messages, connected accounts, and compliance with provider rules and applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, employment, and consumer laws.

Required conduct

Identify yourself and your business accurately, maintain a lawful basis for outreach, use honest subject lines and content, provide required unsubscribe methods, and promptly honor opt-outs and suppression lists.

Prohibited use

Do not send spam, phishing, malware, harassment, threats, deceptive or discriminatory content. Do not impersonate others; obtain or expose credentials; evade safety limits, consent, blocks, or rate limits; use unlawfully obtained data; scrape in violation of law or provider terms; or target children or sensitive personal circumstances.

AI and automation

Review generated drafts before launch. External actions require host approval. Do not instruct an AI client to conceal identity, bypass confirmations, fabricate evidence, or override provider safety rules.

Enforcement

SynPulse may limit, pause, or terminate activity while investigating suspected misuse and may preserve or disclose records where legally required. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and remediation.
